Barn Doors – stylish and versatile, a door that’s much more!

Sliding barn doors are the new “must-have” in interior decor. You probably have seen them in magazines and on home improvement shows like Fixer Upper or maybe you’ve cruised HGTV looking for the barn door that suits your home perfectly. One thing you may not realize is that barn doors are not just for the main or upper floors of the home.
For the basement, sliding doors are a perfect and stylish solution. If you’re remodeling or finishing a basement, the use of a sliding barn door can be a perfect solution when space may be an issue.
These sliding doors don’t have to be the “typical” wood-slat barn doors. The styles and materials used in sliding doors now are really inspiring and unique. For example, this great chalkboard style sliding barn door is something that is incredibly versatile and is useful to the whole family in a variety of ways. It would be a wonderful addition to a basement family/play room.
