Christopher Brown, CSL – President/CEO
Christopher Brown Co-founded Rescon in 1996. He is the President/CEO of Rescon and is actively involved in the day to day operations of the company. Chris has worked in the concrete restoration industry for over 25 years and holds an active unrestricted CSL (Construction Supervisors License) for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Although his primary focus within the company is Business Development, Marketing and Finance his construction experience provides the company with a solid foundation for providing a high level of quality and service in the field. He has a strong background in the field of restoring concrete structures.
His work history includes clients all over the country including The Army Corp of Engineers, NASA, and the MWRA (Massachusetts Water Resource Authority), to name a few. He is an active member of the Home Builders Association, Basement Health Association, and various other industry associations. Prior to starting his career he attended Fitchburg State College and served in the US Navy. Chris spends as much time as he can with his five children, who keep him very busy when he’s not working.
Basement Waterproofing Project Manager
Beth entered the waterproofing industry during the infamous “Mothers Day Floods of 2006”. She joined the largest multi-national basement waterproofing and crawlspace repair company in the United States. Through extensive training, she earned the acclaimed title of Certified System Design Specialist. Prior to moving into the waterproofing industry, Beth was a Residential Home Appraiser. Through her residential home appraisal experience, she gained many critical skills that naturally enabled her to transition to the successful waterproofing specialist that she is today. She is an alumni of Middlesex Community College where she majored in Liberal Studies.
Mike has been with Rescon for just over a year and comes from a 13 year career in automotive sales management (he was a long time sales manager prior in retail) Mike is from Braintree MA and is married to one of his childhood best friends. He is a father of two daughters who are active in arts, cooking, music and theater. In his free time, Mike enjoys watching his beloved Boston sports teams (mainly the Bruins), going to concerts with his wife, gardening, spending time with his family, friends and dogs (Owen and Champ). Mike loves traveling the United States of America and has a goal to see all 50 states some day.
Paul started his career in construction as a carpenter after graduating high school in 1983. During the next 14 years he worked his way up among the ranks and would become Job Foreman, Estimator and Project Manager. In 1998 he went to plumbing school, got his license and then followed the same career path.
Steve has been with Rescon for a over a year working as a Production Manager. He has always enjoyed working to improve production flow and create a great work environment. Steve says his job gives him great pride each day working with the Rescon team members who work hard and produce outstanding results for customer’s. Steve has 5 children and working for Rescon gives him a great sense of security realizing firsthand that their Rescon’s stellar reputation is well deserved.
Kathy Powers – Office Manager
Kathy works closely with the Owner, Chris Brown, as well as the Service Managers for the Service Department. Kathy also handles the AR/AP and HR aspects of the business.
Prior to Kathy joining the Rescon team, she was a Real Estate Agent specializing in Residential Leasing as well as bookkeeping for Condominium Associations from Southern NH up to the North Conway area. She has a strong background in office management, small business ownership and customer service.
When Kathy is not working with the Rescon Team she is a strong supporter of the local Veterans, attending and contributing to several fund raising events for disabled and homeless Veterans.
Tricia Desrosiers – Sales Coordinator
Tricia works side by side with the waterproofing and finishing Project Manager’s by overseeing the Sales process from a customer’s first contact with Rescon to the transition to the Operations Department. Tricia ensures customers’ fullest satisfaction and helps to build a strong & healthy relationship with our clients at Rescon.
Before joining Rescon in 2015, Tricia was an Esthetician at a spa in Manchester, NH under a state license with 900 extensive training hours in Advanced Esthetics. In her time apart from Rescon, she enjoys the precious moments with her newborn, Isabella, and her family.
She is a strong supporter of Breast Cancer Awareness and loves being outdoors either walking, fishing or gardening.
