Annual Service

Sump pump systems need a check-up annually to make sure everything is working well.

Sump pump systems are a mechanical device, just like your furnace, and sometimes require maintenance to perform optimally.

Most sump pump systems come with a manufacturer warranty that will cover parts and/or pump replacement. These warranties do not cover the labor for the service.

Several items that are performed during this check are as follows:

• Clean Liner
• Check the pump impeller
• Check the float switch
• Check electrical connections and plugs.
• Check the alarms and change the 9v alarm batteries
• Check the discharge line
• Check the discharge line is needed to avoid any further water infiltration and offer ways to further improve system.

So get your pumped serviced annually and keep the equipment in your home performing the way it should.
