Pipe Penetration
Water seepage around pipe penetrations, such as gas, water, sewer, and electrical lines, is a common problem. Proper attempts during construction to stop this water infiltration from the exterior rarely take place leaving the waterproofing to the interior seal. Theses interior "patches" are done primarily for aesthetic reasons not waterproofing function, resulting in failure over time.
We recommend sealing the penetration using out Urethane Injection Process. All the work is performed from the inside and no excavation is necessary. As opposed to a patch, this method actually fills the void around the pipe, creating a waterproof gasket. In addition to the gasket, we install an epoxy seal around the interior of the pipe as a secondary barrier against water.
