Motar Joints

Mortar joints are used to hold stone, brick, or block in place
as part of these masonry walls. These joints are all avenues for water seepage and can deteriorate over time.

We address these problems using an interior repair method. This method involves the installation of our "GrateDrain" subfloor Drainage System. This drainage system will collect the water before it reaches the floor and direct it into a sump basin. The water in then pumped out to a determined location outside the home.
