At the time, my mother was living in Methuen, MA and for all of the years she had lived in the house, there seemed to be water in the cellar on a regular basis. The sump pump was continually running during any big downpour! Rescon cam to my home and carefully looked over a persistent, perplexing problem - water was leaking into my basement where a contractor had replaced the bulkhead years ago.
