Christopher Brown, CSL – President/CEO
Christopher Brown Co-founded Rescon in 1996. He is the President/CEO of Rescon and is actively involved in the day to day operations of the company. Chris has worked in the concrete restoration industry for over 25 years and holds an active unrestricted CSL (Construction Supervisors License) for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Although his primary focus within the company is Business Development, Marketing and Finance his construction experience provides the company with a solid foundation for providing a high level of quality and service in the field. He has a strong background in the field of restoring concrete structures.
His work history includes clients all over the country including The Army Corp of Engineers, NASA, and the MWRA (Massachusetts Water Resource Authority), to name a few. He is an active member of the Home Builders Association, Basement Health Association, and various other industry associations. Prior to starting his career he attended Fitchburg State College and served in the US Navy. Chris spends as much time as he can with his five children, who keep him very busy when he’s not working.
Division Manager – Basement Waterproofing
Bob entered the waterproofing industry 10 years ago when he joined a national network of waterproofing contractors. He went through extensive training and education earning the title “Certified System Design Specialist” and moved on to manage a team of design specialists for several years. He joined the Rescon Team in 2009 due to the direction the company was moving toward as well as wanting to be part of a company that stands by its name, products and most importantly, its customers. Bob values the team spirit and the reputation the Rescon is known for. Bob enjoys meeting with homeowners to educate them on Products, Warranties, and the best possible solutions based on their particular needs. He is dedicated to take the time necessary for everyone to understand their options.
Bob has consulted with well over 1,500 Massachusetts and New Hampshire homeowners and businesses and has effectively designed solutions for each and every one of them. He is never far from his phone which emphasizes the commitment he has to his customers and their satisfaction. Bob resides in Methuen with his wife Karen and the family pets Logan and Leo. When he is not evaluating basements he enjoys watching our New England sport teams, home remodeling projects, traveling with friends and family and sharpening his landscaping skills in his yard.
Basement Waterproofing Project Manager
Beth entered the waterproofing industry during the infamous “Mothers Day Floods of 2006”. She joined the largest multi-national basement waterproofing and crawlspace repair company in the United States. Through extensive training, she earned the acclaimed title of Certified System Design Specialist. Prior to moving into the waterproofing industry, Beth was a Residential Home Appraiser. Through her residential home appraisal experience, she gained many critical skills that naturally enabled her to transition to the successful waterproofing specialist that she is today. She is an alumni of Middlesex Community College where she majored in Liberal Studies.
Beth came to the Rescon team as a Basement Waterproofing Project Manager when her former manager, Bob Brewster, recruited her to join the company. Since becoming a part of the basement specialist team at Rescon, Beth couldn’t be happier in the position that she holds. Beth’s sole focus is, and always has been, the customer and their needs. At Rescon, she is able to provide and focus on exceptional customer service that is superior to those practices used where she came from and this keeps her smiling.
Beth has met with well over 1500 homeowners and enjoys educating them on the different solutions that will solve their issue. With a team of likeminded colleagues behind her, she is extremely confident that Rescon’s support and solutions are the best in the industry. The quality of work speaks for itself! In her spare time, Beth enjoys DIY projects, painting, concerts and travel. And of course spending time with her high school sweetheart, Ryan.
Kathy Powers – Office Manager
Kathy works closely with the Owner, Chris Brown, as well as the Project Managers for the Sales Department. Kathy oversees the Sales process from a customer’s first contact with Rescon to the transition to our Operations Department, ensuring our customers’ satisfaction while helping to build a strong & healthy relationship with Rescon.
Prior to Kathy joining the Rescon team, she was a Real Estate Agent specializing in Residential Leasing as well as bookkeeping for Condominium Associations from Southern NH up to the North Conway area. She has a strong background in office management, small business ownership and customer service.
When Kathy is not working with the Rescon Team she is a strong supporter of the local Veterans, attending and contributing to several fund raising events for disabled and homeless Veterans.
