Christopher Brown, CSL – Co-Founder/Owner

Christopher Brown is a Principal member and Co-founder of Rescon and has been involved in the Concrete Restoration Industry for over 20 years. He and his business partner, Nicholas Delia, founded Rescon in 1996. Although Chris' primary focus within the company is Business Development and Finance, he is an active member in the day to day operations of the business. He has a strong background in the field of injection techniques for concrete structures. Chris works with a wide range of clients all over the country including The Army Corp of Engineers, NASA, and the MWRA, to name a few. He is an active member of the Greater Manchester Home Builders Association, Basement Health Association, and various other industry associations. Prior to starting his career he attended Fitchburg State College and served in the US Navy. Chris spends as much time as he can with his five children, who keep him very busy when he's not working.

Nicholas Delia – Co-Founder/Owner

Nicholas V. Delia is a Principal Owner and co-founder of Rescon Basement Solutions. Started in 1996 with his business partner Chris Brown, Rescon is a New England based waterproofing company specializing in residential and commercial water control as well as structural foundation repair. He is responsible for Operations and Service Development. Delia earned a bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University in Potsdam, New York. He has over 25 years of experience in concrete restoration and waterproofing. He specializes in injection techniques and waterproofing. He is a member of the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI), National Association for Waterproofing and Structural Repair Contractors (NAWSRC) and the Greater Manchester Home Builders Associations (GMHBA).

Mark Barchard, CSL – Field Operations Manager

He came to Rescon in 2006 from a commercial concrete cutting company in Nashua. When Mark started with Rescon he was primarily in charge of training the crews how to use the wet saw. He quickly moved into a position where he was in charge of all vehicle and equipment maintenance and took care of the warehouse. While out in the field with crews training, he learned the ropes of drainage and sump installation and started running a crew. He did very well with this as he is a quick study, so he was trained on the injection and service side of the business. Mark has excelled in all aspects of this company and was moved to his current role. His responsibilities include overseeing Field installation crews, Injection & Service crews, and he is the primary supervisor/manager on all commercial projects. He works closely with Nick and Katie to ensure customers are 100% satisfied with the crews and the work done by keeping track of quality control and production efficiency. He manages the upkeep of all equipment and tracks the vehicle repairs. Mark has over 15 years of experience in all aspects of commercial and residential construction. With this extensive background it has made him quite an asset to Rescon.

Bob Brewster – Project Manager

Bob entered the waterproofing industry 10 years ago when he joined a national network of waterproofing contractors. He went through extensive training and education earning the title "Certified System Design Specialist" and moved on to manage a team of design specialists for several years. He joined the Rescon Team in 2009 due to the direction the company was moving toward as well as wanting to be part of a company that stands by its name, products and most importantly, its customers. Bob values the team spirit and the reputation the Rescon is known for. Bob enjoys meeting with homeowners to educate them on Products, Warranties, and the best possible solutions based on their particular needs. He is dedicated to take the time necessary for everyone to understand their options. Bob has consulted with well over 1,500 Massachusetts and New Hampshire homeowners and businesses and has effectively designed solutions for each and every one of them. He is never far from his phone which emphasizes the commitment he has to his customers and their satisfaction. Bob resides in Methuen with his wife Karen and the family pets Logan and Leo. When he is not evaluating basements he enjoys watching our New England sport teams, home remodeling projects, traveling with friends and family and sharpening his landscaping skills in his yard.



Don Fraser – Project Manager

Don joined Rescon in 2010. He brings over 6 years of basement experience to Rescon. With a focus on residential basement waterproofing projects Don has successfully designed water control systems in the New England area for thousands of clients. Don enjoys evaluating homes and working with clients to determine the goals of the project. Don recently completed and received certification from the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center and the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs. Don also holds certifications from OSHA in Construction Safety and Confined Space Entry as well as being a certified Lead Safe Renovator. Don currently lives in Chelmsford with his wife Jean and 2 sons. He is involved in many town and state sports organizations in which his children participate. 

Katie Roemer – Operations Coordinator

She joined the team in 2007 as the office manager. She now works closely with Owner Nick Delia to oversee the day to day scheduling and operations of all field crews. Prior to joining Recon's team, she was the Office Manager for a residential plumbing and heating company in Massachusetts for 5 years. Katie has over 20 years of customer service experience throughout many different fields. Some of the fields are Medical, hotel/restaurant, and construction. She earned her Associates degree from Endicott College. When she is not at work, Katie spends her time volunteering and to raise awareness for the American Cancer Society and The Avon Walk for Breast Cancer.

Kathy Powers – Sales Coordinator

Kathy works closely with the Owner, Chris Brown, as well as the Project Managers for the Sales Department. Kathy oversees the Sales process from a customer's first contact with Rescon to the transition to our Operations Department, ensuring our customers' satisfaction while helping to build a strong & healthy relationship with Rescon. Prior to Kathy joining the Rescon team, she was a Real Estate Agent specializing in Residential Leasing as well as bookkeeping for Condominium Associations from Southern NH up to the North Conway area. She has a strong background in office management, small business ownership and customer service. When Kathy is not working with the Rescon Team she is a strong supporter of the local Veterans, attending and contributing to several fund raising events for disabled and homeless Veterans.
