Company History

The company was founded in 1996 by Christopher R. Brown and Nicholas V. Delia. Both Chris and Nick started working in the concrete restoration and waterproofing industry at the early age of 18 and gained a tremendous amount of hands on experience on what it took to waterproof concrete structures. They had met while working together as Project Managers for The Harry S. Peterson Co. in Boston, MA, one of the country's largest concrete restoration and waterproofing contractors at the time. The name Rescon was actually derived from Concrete Restoration. The business started slowly like most companies and struggled to establish itself in the commercial market. However, Rescon quickly gained momentum and industry attention when it shifted gears and entered the residential market. The knowledge and experience they gained while completing large concrete restoration and waterproofing projects made Rescon an instant leader in the residential basement waterproofing industry. Today, Rescon Basement Solutions is leading the way when it comes to providing clients with the highest standards in workmanship, products, technology and techniques.
